I remember Peter Gibbs' attempt at a gourmet meal on the Antarctic plateau
consisting of dried meat bar, dried onion, a stock cube and dried mashed
potato. Thank goodness he went into meteorology rather than gastronomy.
I can honestly say that Peter's cooking did for my digestive system what
the Antarctic did for Scott.
Anyway, if anybody wants this artifact from the
1970's, completely free of charge, then first come first served.
